I sent you a link for the methylene blue I bought and like. Be careful it actually makes you smarter, or maybe just quicker, & feels smarter, because it's quicker.
Ah yes! I feel this so deeply, and love the wraparound to the benefit of community. It reminds me of how frustrated I used to get (and can sometimes still be) when I’d ask my friends for a recipe or advice on how to do/fix something around the house, and rather than providing their own thoughts (or recipe) they’d reference me to google or Pinterest. I used to think, “if I wanted a google opinjon, I’d have done that, but I wanted yours because I trust your skills (and Apple streusel).”
Ashley, this is so true! I love the thought of people developing relationships, and creating meaningful community!! Though the internet is a great source of information, I hope that people talk to each other more than they scroll for information. Happy thought indeed!
Agreed! Advertisements now make me actively angry. When I find something trying to advertise to me, I have an aggressive emotional reaction against that thing, whatever it is. This may have more to do with my latent anger issues finding a vent in a way that won’t hurt my real life relationships (here’s to coping mechanisms!), but regardless the reason: advertisement = heck no I’ll never buy that thing even if I otherwise wanted it.
I feel that! It's starting to have the complete opposite effect - it will be super fascinating to see how things progress and what changes marketers make to adjust.
